All our Aftersales colleagues need drive, character, attitude, energy and talent.  Relevant experience is important but is not sufficient on its own as you will also need to demonstrate that you have used those attributes to achieve your goals in the past.
 
To be a successful in the aftersales environment in Vertu Motors you will need to be able to use your skills to achieve stretching but achievable minimum performance targets in a process-driven environment, you will need to be highly productive and be able to maximise opportunities where they exist whilst still providing exceptional levels of customer satisfaction, for which you will be very well-rewarded.
 
There is a distinct absence of politics within the group and instead you will find direct and open communication channels all designed to measure performance, identify and remove barriers to success and, through comprehensive in-house and factory training programmes and day-to-day guidance, provide support in order to help you achieve.
