We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor in our Darlington, Motor Nation – Used Car Supermarket.

This role is crucial as you are the first point of contact for our service customers both face to face and over the telephone, therefore good inter-personal skills are essential.  You will be exceptionally organized to ensure the efficient booking and servicing of customer vehicles.  You will be a good team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to sell additional products and services to our customers.

You will be an experienced Service Advisor with a settled career history within the motor industry.  You will possess a keen eye for detail, be computer literate and will be able to remain calm in a high pressured environment.
