The Opportunity

In readiness for our future expansion plans we are looking to begin recruiting in the Oxford area for a General Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for you to be first in line join our team and build your long term future with us.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful track record as a General Manager in a franchise environment and must be committed to achieving excellence. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales and aftersales performance, dealership profitability and operating efficiency.  You should have a comprehensive knowledge of Manufacturer CSI programs and be able to demonstrate your ability to constantly achieve strong results in this area.

You must also have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the whole team.  This includes setting the vision and objectives, motivating them to achieve the objectives and ensuring that effective performance management techniques are in place. You should be capable of providing first class coaching, support and training to line managers to support this.

You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong communication and organisational skills. You must be able to demonstrate your drive, energy, attitude, character and commitment at interview.
