We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor in our Newcastle Vauxhall dealership. This role is crucial as you are the first point of contact for our service customers both face to face and over the telephone, therefore good inter-personal skills are essential.  You will be exceptionally organized to ensure the efficient booking and servicing of customer vehicles.  You will be a good team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to sell additional products and services to our customers. You will be an experienced Service Advisor with a settled career history within the motor industry.  You will possess a keen eye for detail, be computer literate and will be able to remain calm in a high pressured environment.
