We are currently recruiting for a New Car Business Manager in our Bromley Ford Dealership.  

The role is to maintain a disciplined approach to the sale of warranty, insurance and finance products and to maximise profitability whilst adhering to strict FSA guidelines.  Motivation of the Sales Team is a key factor in this role. You will also promote our company values and ensure complete customer satisfaction at all times.  

You will be an experienced Business Manager with a settled career history in the motor industry.  You will be confident and well presented with a desire to succeed and the ability to quickly establish and build rapport.  You will also possess a clean driving licence and be FSA approved.
