To be a successful manager in Vertu Motors you will need to be able to lead your team to achieve stretching but achievable targets for which you will be well-rewarded.
The “non-negotiables” for any of our managers are drive, character, attitude, energy and talent. Relevant experience is obviously important but is not sufficient on its own as you will also need to demonstrate that you have used those attributes to achieve your goals in the past.
