Company informationThe role
Our Customer Service Advisors are at the heart of every dealership and our Customer Experience.
They are the main point of contact for our aftersales customers and pride themselves on building long-term relationships with customers who then want to come back time and again to visit our sites.
They need to be knowledgeable and friendly (a friendly expert!) and form an important link between the customer interface and our technical workshops. We will teach you all you need to know to become that expert and to be a success in the role. Click HERE to see our full job description.
This is of course just the first step in your career within Vertu Motors and for those who work hard and want to progress, there are no limits to where your career could go! We fully expect the cohort of degree apprentices to progress into management roles with the business.

- A minimum of 120 UCAS points (the equivalent of 3 B�s)
- minimum Grade B in GCSE (or equivalent) Mathematics and English
- proof of your right to work in the United Kingdom

- commitment to your own progression
The Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship/ BA (Hons) in Business Leadership and Management Practice.
A fundamental part of our degree apprenticeship program is the support and learning you will receive as part of the Northumbria University degree.
You will be part of a program tailored specifically for Vertu designed to give you a great generalist business degree at the end of the three years as well as chartered manager status.
