Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Newcastle receives national customer service award

Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall in Newcastle has been recognised with a national award for dedication and excellence in customer service.

The Scotswood Road dealership team was presented with the Customer Excellence Award after being named as one of the top sites for customer satisfaction across the Vauxhall national network.

British manufacturer Vauxhall rewarded top performing dealerships based on feedback from customer surveys about the quality of service they received for both sales and service.

David Lane, Director  General Assembly Shops, Vauxhall Europe, presented Mark Flynn, General Manager at Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Newcastle with the award on behalf of his dedicated team.

Mark Flynn, said: "My team here at Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Newcastle are dedicated to ensuring every customer leaves the dealership happy. It has been an honour to receive such a prestigious accolade from David Lane at Vauxhall and we will continue to look for new ways to improve our customer journey."
