Customer Service Retailer of the Year Award for Darlington car dealership

A Bristol Street Motors dealership in Darlington has won an annual award for its customer service.

Bristol Street Motors Nissan Darlington has received the Nissan Customer Quality Retailer of the Year award. The award recognises the McMullen Road site as the best large Nissan dealership in the country for customer service during the past year.

The award is judged on customer feedback and based on this feedback Bristol Street Motors Nissan Darlington has been shown to have provided its customers with the best service and experience between April 2014 and March 2015.

The dealership is celebrating the annual award from Nissan for the second year running and comes after recently being recognised for topping the customer satisfaction survey for three consecutive quarters. The dealership has previously been awarded Nissan's Most Improved Dealer.

After receiving the latest accolade, Peter Waugh, General Manager for Bristol Street Motors Nissan Darlington said; "Everybody at the dealership is delighted to be recognised for the hard work we have been putting in all year. Providing great customer service has always been our top priority, so to be recognised for this is just fantastic.

"The fact that this has been awarded on the back of customer feedback makes this award even better. We always strive to give our customers the best service and satisfaction and for our customers to tell us that we are achieving this great news for everyone at the dealership."
