You can apply by downloading an application form from the Vertu Talent Evolution hub, completing in 500 words why you believe you’re suitable for the programme and outlining your career aspirations. Once complete – you’ll then need to have your application endorsed and agreed by your General Manager/Divisional Aftersales Director, who will complete the application form confirming the reasons why they agree the application. Once complete, you will need to send your application to the Talent Coordinator, Sue Smeaton at [email protected] to progress. All applications must be received by 21 December 2018.

On submission of your application you will then be asked to complete a number of on-line assessments by 31 December 2018, the results of which will form part of your application. All applications will then be reviewed by a selection panel to determine who will be invited to a function specific assessment centre where the 15 delegates will be selected.
