Come and join the team at Vertu Vehicle Solution as an Accounts Assistant. We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented individual with a keen eye for detail and flair for accounts to join our already successful team. You will preferably have a working knowledge of Kerridge, although this is not essential. You will be confident and willing to undertake further training and development.
You will support the accounts function in relation to banking, allocation of receipts, sales & vehicle ledger, credit control, purchase ledger reconciliation and balance sheet controls. You will be cashing up and banking.
You will be fully responsible for keeping up-to-date on all new processes and procedures and will efficiently handle administration related issues, in addition to reviewing and managing all appropriate system and non-system generated schedules and reports.
You will already have experience dealing with the below:
Processing of purchase ledger invoices
Processing of bank transactions and daily bank reconciliation
Payment of intercompany debtors/creditors
Daily payments of external vehicle suppliers
Reconciliation of external supplier statements
