Come and join the team at Vertu Vehicle Solution as an Accounts Assistant. We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented individual with a keen eye for detail and flair for accounts to join our already successful team. You will preferably have a working knowledge of Kerridge, although this is not essential. You will be confident and willing to undertake further training and development.
You will support the accounts function in relation to banking, allocation of receipts, sales & vehicle ledger, credit control, purchase ledger reconciliation and balance sheet controls. You will be cashing up and banking. You may support the vehicle admin team with as hoc duties. Previous experience in an automotive environment would be preferable but not essential.
You will be fully responsible for keeping up-to-date on all new processes and procedures. And will efficiently handle administration related issues, in addition to reviewing and managing all appropriate system and non-system generated schedules and reports. You will be AAT qualified or willing to work towards this qualification once appoointed.
