We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Group Fleet team here at our Head Office in Gateshead! This is a centralised department where we support all divisions within Vertu with their Fleet needs. Why not come and join our ongoing success!
Within this role you will be required to contact our customers to carry out vehicle specification checks and updates, booking vehicle deliveries, updating our fleet systems, generating quotes and liaising with our dealership fleet centres across the UK on a daily basis.
This is a full-time, permanent role where you will be working Monday to Friday: 9am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch.
To be successful for this role, we are looking for someone who has a good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel, someone who is target driven and can ensure they work within strict service level agreements set out for the team. This could suit someone with some administration experience looking to build a career with a growing, reputable company within their trade.
