In return, our Active service training and development program delivers first class training for all Service Advisors. We buy-in fully to manufacturer training programs to ensure that Technicians are up to date with product developments and repair methods and to ensure that they can progress their careers where they wish to do so. Our Aftersales Evolution programme also fast-tracks Aftersales colleagues into management.
