Here at Bristol Street Motors we are looking for an Assistant Service manager to join our exceptional service department at Hyundai Exeter. If you are looking for career progression and the chance to work for one of the largest Motor Retailers in the UK then this could be the opportunity for you.

The main focus of the role is to support the Service Manager in the day to day management of the Service Department. This will involve ensuring all incoming work is planned as well as managing the time and resource of your team. You will assign a team of Technicians to tasks ensuring productivity is maximised and that deadlines are adhered to. As a line manager, you will be responsible for performance management and you will lead, coach and develop your team and know how to get the best out of people so they perform to their highest level.

It is essential that you have a career history as a workshop controller or Assistant Service Manager, ideally within a franchised motor retail environment. This is an excellent opportunity to show us that you have an enviable and proven track record of performance. You will have exceptional communication skills and have a full, valid UK driving license.
