We have an exciting opportunity for a Bodyshop Administrator to come and join our fantastic team at our Vertu Accident Repair Centre in Loughborough!
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week and you will be earning a basic salary of £22,000 with an OTE of £25,000 plus an excellent range of Company benefits.
This role is crucial as you are the first point of contact for our Bodyshop customers and Insurance companies, both face to face and over the telephone. You will be organised and ensure the efficient booking and repairing of customer's vehicles and co-ordinate work in the Bodyshop.
You will be responsible for ensuring customers work is progressed swiftly and processed in line with company and customer expectations whilst maintaining a positive relationship with all parties. The role will also involve accurate data management and co-ordinating the distribution of documents within the Bodyshop Department and with other departments.
To be considered for this role, we would like you to have previous Bodyshop experience. You will be a good team player with excellent communication skills and will possess a keen eye for detail, be computer literate and will be able to remain calm in a high-pressured environment.
