Here at Macklin Motors, we are opening a brand-new Used Car operation in Glasgow and we have a great opportunity for a Branch Manager to join us and be a part of this brand-new site!
As a Branch Manager, you will be accountable for all aspects of the site, fostering manufacturer relationship, introducing marketing strategies to improve performance, controlling finance and cost control and of course people management. You must have strong leadership skills as your primary focus will be to motivate and inspire your team to be the best that they can be, while ensuring policies, processes and legislation are adhered to and customer and colleague health and safety is prioritised to ensure everyone goes home safe at the end of each day.
As this is a brand-new site, we want you to have a proven track record in Marketing & promotion as well management experience. We also need you to have Used car experience and if you have commercial vehicle experience that would be preferred but is not essential.
