Here at Bristol Street Motors we have a unique opportunity to join us as a Branch Manager at our Motornation dealership in Derby!

If you would like to become part of one of the largest Motor Retailers within the UK then this could be the ideal role for you.

We are offering a basic salary of £50,000 with an OTE of £70,000 plus an excellent range of Company benefits.

As a Branch Manager you will be accountable for all aspects of the site, fostering manufacturer relationships, introducing marketing strategies to improve performance, controlling finance and of course, people management.

You must have strong leadership skills as your primary focus will be to motivate and inspire your team to be the best that they can be, whilst ensuring policies, processes and legislation are adhered to and customer and colleague health and safety is prioritised to ensure everyone goes home safely at the end of each day.

We are looking for an experienced Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a main dealership management role and be totally committed to achieving excellence. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
