We are offering a Basic Salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £45,000 plus company benefits.
As our Assistant Sales Manager you will support the Sales Manager with a controlled sales process via the wider sales and management team. This will be achieved through regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart.
You will serve and support the Sales team to sell a combination of new and/or used vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance, paint protection, warranty and insurances, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
The role holder will support all group approved sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales penetration and you will be expected to uphold the highest ethical standards, meeting the Group and customer requirements under the FCA and GDPR.
You will deputise for the Sales Manager as and when required to ensure business continuity and to maintain professional and customer service standards
It is essential for the successful candidate to have previous Motor Trade experience either as a Senior Sales Executive or Business Manager. We are looking for somebody who can demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure, excel at relationship building, negotiating skills, possess excellent communication and have the proven ability to use your their own initiative.
In addition, you will also have experience of developing, coaching and managing a team but also be eager to participate and contribute as a member of the team.
You will also be required to have a full and valid UK Driving Licence.
