Here at Vertu Motors, we are one of the largest UK Motor Retailers and we are growing rapidly! To help support our continued growth, we are looking for enthusiastic, driven people to join our Business Development Centre to help drive our success!
We are currently recruiting for Call Centre Advisors to join our 72 hour follow up team. As our Call Centre Advisor, you will be contacting our customers who have recently been into or spoken to any one of our dealerships about a deal on a new or a used vehicle. You will be contacting the customer to follow up from their visit, seeing what we did well, the reasons they didn't purchase a vehicle and if applicable, assisting our dealerships to help convert the enquiry in to a sale. This is a full-time permanent role where you will be working 38 hours per week on a shift pattern between Monday - Saturday, so flexibility is needed.
We want to hear from you if you have previous contact centre experience, excellent customer service skills and sales experience. Motor Trade experience would be advantageous but is not essential to be considered for this role.
