Our Business Development Centre are currently looking for Call Handlers to join our fantastic team. This is a Part-Time, permanent position where you will be working 30 hours a week working Wednesday to Saturday between 8.30am and 6pm.

Training for this role will be Full-Time, Monday to Friday for 2 weeks before your shift pattern will start.

Our Call Handlers answer all incoming calls from external customers, as well as those from internal colleagues. As an operator, you will likely be the first point of contact for many of our customers, therefore, you must have an excellent telephone manner and some experience in customer service. You must ensure the call is correctly qualified so you can redirect the caller to the right dealership, hence you will need to be precise and accurate in your work and have good IT skills. The department can take up to 15,000 calls per day, and so the Call Handler must ultimately be comfortable in our fast-paced environment, using the skills and knowledge gained in their extensive training to direct our customers quickly and efficiently.

We want to hear from you if you have experience of telephone handling or working in a customer service environment, are computer literate and have excellent communication skills. Previous contact centre experience would be advantageous but this is not essential to be considered for this role.
