This role will cover both our West Bromwich and Kings Norton sites.
We have seen successful growth and expansion within our company and are currently looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team.
We are offering a competitive basic salary up to £45,000 per annum plus company car and other benefits.
Our Accountants are expected to be the best in the industry and as a successful and growing business, we make no apologies for being highly selective in the calibre of new Accountants joining our business.
We firmly believe that the Dealership Accountant is the second in command in the dealership. As such, exceptional leadership skills are essential for this role. You must have experience in this role within the motor industry.
Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Kerridge Accountancy software and be an outstanding leader as you will have a team reporting to you.
The Dealership Accountant's primary role is to provide the General Manager with financial support to drive operational performance. They are responsible for the smooth running of the entire accounts function. A key aspect of the role is the delivery of timely and accurate management accounts and their integration into the Group's standard structures.
You will maintain and develop controls to maximise returns and cash flow and utilise your financial and management experience to ensure the effective running of the dealership. You will be based at our West Bromwich dealership but also cover our site in Kings Norton so a driving licence is required to allow you to travel flexibly.
