At Bristol Street Motors Ford Stoke, we are currently looking for a very talented individual to join our Sales Team as a Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager. You will be working with our fantastic, small but close-knit team in our busy, successful business! Come and join the success!
The role would be to deliver exceptional customer experience and to deliver maximised profitability. Supporting a controlled sales process you will work selling new & used retail commercial vehicles and a range of add-on and finance products.
Within this role you will be working predominately Monday - Friday with one in three weekends with a day off in lieu the following week. You will also receive a company car and mobile phone. We are offering, depending on experience, an excellent salary package with an OTE of £50,000 plus company benefits.
We are looking for a very talented, experienced Retail Sales Management Specialist with an enviable and proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry. You will be committed to achieving excellence. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. For this role, we're looking for someone that has sales experience within the automotive industry. Commercial sales experience would be preferable but is not essential. You will also possess a clean and Full UK driving licence.
