We are looking to recruit Service Plan Sales Advisors to join our enthusiastic, driven sales team. The role as Service Plan Sales Advisor involves making outbound calls to our existing customers and selling our Service Plan product to them. You will often be the first point of contact for the customer following their recent service, so customer service skills are essential along with the ability to sell to the customer. You will be required to explain all the features and benefits of our product to the customer and deal with any objections they might have.
Like us, you know that sales isnt just about simply selling - its about building warm, trusted relationships. Sure its about meeting targets but more importantly its about identifying what customers really want and need and then matching our products to their needs. Well look to you to provide advice and guidance on how our customers can benefit from our Priority Service Plans.
If you have a proven sales background with customer service experience, excellent communication and good IT skills then we want to hear from you!
Interested? We can offer you a competitive starting salary of £18,000 plus an OTE of £24,000.
