Here at Vertu Motors we have a unique opportunity to join one of our key teams within our call centre! We are now looking for a Customer Satisfaction Coordinator to join our CSI Team.

The Customer Satisfaction Coordinator role is critical in providing an exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for making outgoing calls to customers who have recently had their vehicle in to one of our dealerships for work on their vehicle. The purpose of the call is to collect feedback from the customer on the level of customer service they experienced during their visit. You will often be the first point of contact for customers following their recent visit and are therefore a welcome call. Throughout this call you will be responsible for ensuring that Customer Satisfaction levels are outstanding and recording all information is accurately captured so it can be shared with all appropriate departments and so that positive action can be taken.
This is a full-time work working on a set shift pattern. You will need to be able to work on a two-week rota working between 930am - 6pm Monday - Friday and every other Saturday, 930am - 1330pm.
We want to hear from you if you have previous contact centre experience, excellent customer service skills and are computer literate. Motor Trade experience would be advantageous but is not essential to be considered for this role.
