As part of our customer service team, you will receive calls and emails from customers and deal with a variety of situations from managing sales enquiries to resolving customer issues. If you are successful, your main responsibilities will include efficiently handling and resolving customer queries and issues, achieve targets set by management and most importantly, keeping our customers happy
To be successful in this role you will need to have an excellent telephone manner and outstanding customer service skills. You have to be resilient in nature with the ability to deal with difficult circumstances and sensitive situations. You will have good time management skills and have the ability to get up to speed with product & system processes. Good computer literacy and keyboard skills is also a must for this role.
You will be required to work a 45 hours week on a shift rota basis. The customer services lines are open between 8am and 9pm, Monday to Sunday.
