We have an exciting opportunity to work in the customer services department in one of our most vibrant business units within Vertu Motors plc: Aceparts. This is a significant opportunity for the right candidate, especially with the sonic boom growth the eCommerce sector is experiencing. Aceparts is a fast-growing, quick paced e-commerce business, which is based from a central operational facility in Sittingbourne, Kent and makes this a significant opportunity for the right candidate.
We are offering a Basic Salary of £20,995.
This role is focused on telephone and email enquiries, with no face-to-face customer communication required, covering a wide array of sales channels: eBay, Amazon and our websites primarily.
To be ahead of competition, our customer service team need to give our customers a positive experience they will never forget and ensure the customer journey in our business is an excellent one that makes our customers come back, and recommend us to their friends and family. A good customer service team is the heartbeat of any business and a crucial foundation for any business, let alone a growing one.
To be successful in the role, the candidate must embody the five 'unteachable' characteristics of a successful Vertu colleague, which are character, attitude, energy, drive and talent. Further, we expect all of customer service advisors to:
• Have an absolute passion for delivering the best customer experience
• Challenge everything to ensure we remain ahead of the competition
• Add measurable value by seeking to upsell related products
• Managing both pre-sale and post-sale enquiries, via phone and email
• Using vehicle registration look-ups to find parts
• Working with suppliers to resolve any issues
• Actioning associated administration duties, such as returns requests and claims
The role would suit an energetic self-starter, with a track record of providing good customer service. They should also be a brilliant collaborator and communicator, and be passionate about the role that a customer service operative can play in helping drive business growth.
You will be required to work a 45 hours week on a shift rota basis. The customer services lines are open between 8am and 9pm, Monday to Sunday.
