We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Executive Advisor to come and join us at our Vertu BMW Durham dealership!
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our busy Aftersales team. You will be our customer's point of contact whilst their vehicle is in our care for servicing or repair and will ensure they receive a first-class experience.

The key duties of this role will involve:
• To Provide an outstanding level of customer care and satisfaction at all times
• Be a vital link between our customers and the technical workshop
• Build rapport and identify customer's wants and needs
• Advise and sell additional identified repairs and applicable products and services
• Liaise with technical workshop to track vehicle progress and ensure ready at agreed time
We are looking for you to have:
• Strong customer service background
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to work to deadlines and targets
• High level of computer literacy
