We are currently looking for a customer focused executive to join our customer service team based in our Hughes of Beaconsfield site.
Within this role you will be making outbound and taking inbound telephone calls from our existing customers to arrange for their vehicle to be booked in for a service or repair. You will help the customer with any queries they might have and deliver outstanding customer service at all times. As part of this role you will be raising the job cards for the Service department prior to the customer attending their appointment, so you need to be able to multi task and have excellent attention to detail. You will also be required to control collection and deliveries for customers, and also control courtesy cars when needed and make sure the relevant paperwork is completed.You will be the main point of contact for our customers, keeping them updated with any issues with their vehicle or appointment, any parts they might need and informing them of any additional work that may be required.
For this role we are looking for you have a great telephone manner, be customer focused and be able to work towards tight deadlines. Experience of working within the motor trade would be preferred, but is not essential if you have outstanding customer service skills. This is a full time role, working Monday Friday 830am 5.30pm and one in five Saturdays working 8 2pm.
