Are you looking for a career change? At Vertu Motors Dealership Support Centre based in Gateshead, we are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join and assist our fantastic Internet Sales Team!
The role of the Customer Support Executive is to virtually meet, greet and qualify all online Vertu Motors customers via instant messaging on various sales platforms and deliver qualified customer referrals to dealerships. Assist customers with occasional inbound telephone and e-mail requests whilst utilising the company sales process to ensure maximum profitability.
You will promote our company values and ensure complete customer satisfaction at all times. Experience in the industry is preferable but not essential as full training will be given. We are looking for you have customer service skills and experience, along with good IT/PC skills.
If your application is successful, we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. For this role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. We may also conduct a criminal record check and a driving licence check.
