As a digital marketing executive, you will work in the website squads delivering a mix of digital marketing disciplines.

These roles provide opportunities to work across our portfolio of brands (including Bristol Street Motors, Vertu Motors, Vans Direct and Macklin Motors), and provide learning experiences across digital marketing skill sets. Tasks will include some of the below

  • Deliver transactional communication across the email, SMS and other CRM channels that arise from or cross website traffic
  • Development and monitoring of multiple nurture programs, conducting regular reviews and analysis to help ensure leads progress through the sales funnel
  • Delivery of A/B testing campaigns to identify the best performing setups
  • Integrating campaign activity with our CRM and Performance marketing
  • Running of analytics (dashboards, reports) to measure the effectiveness of all channels used
  • Data-led optimisation of campaigns and campaign assets to improve ROI, using Segment analytics suite and GA to report on the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns
  • Help to implement new product features to enhance our customer data platform functionality
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure automated campaigns achieve company goals
  • Supporting the development our attribution strategy through analytics Investigating and assessing customer behaviour across the group websites, identifying 'pain points'
  • Understand and gain insight from channel attribution and where the pain points are.
  • Measure performance and be measured against KPIs
  • Work closely with the Web Squad leads to prioritise work within the broader business context
  • Work closely with other central teams such as Performance marketing and CRM teams to identify and deliver customer acquisition and retention opportunities

Is this you? Do you have any of these?

  • 2 years of proven expertise of the marketing mix, in particular retargeting and email campaigns promoting content, events, and other calls-to-action
  • Analytical and numbers driven mind-set
  • Appreciation of how to segment databases to create audience specific campaigns
  • Excellent planning and communication skills
  • Proactive at recommending and implementing new initiatives to generate and nurture leads
  • Collaborative and driven to support the bigger picture success of the team as a whole
  • An ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insight to create solutions and actions?
  • Proven project management skills?
  • An ability to understand best in class practices from the motor and other industries and adapt and apply them to Vertu?
  • Good presentation skills
