We are looking to recruit a divisional general sales manager to assist with our growth and success in 2019 and beyond!
Our Divisional General Sales Manager role is one of the most exciting roles in our retail team. We want our Sales Managers to be completely focused on providing the ultimate luxury motoring experience through a team of customer centric and talented colleagues.

The purpose of the Divisional General Sales Manager role is to lead and manage a customer centric controlled sales process, through regular coaching, leadership and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart. We will need you to serve and support Business Managers, Sales Managers and Sales Executives to present and demonstrate a combination of new and/or used vehicles with add-on products, as well as finance and GAP insurance all the while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
The role holder must also maintain full and accurate records of all transactions, that will be required for the preparation and completion of relevant paperwork and in accordance with legal requirements. They will also participate in sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales penetration and are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.
In order to be successful, you will be an experienced, customer centric Sales Manager with outstanding customer relationship management at the heart of everything you do. You will have an enviable and proven track record of customer service with outstanding customer testimonials. You will also be able to demonstrate your ability to increase sales and performance within the motor industry. The ideal candidate will be committed to achieving excellence and be able to clearly demonstrate an ability to generate impressive results.
