Fleet and local business is a growing sector for Vertu and we have a newly created and rewarding role that is designed to take advantage of this opportunity. We are looking for a recognised fleet professional to join our team as Jaguar Land Rover Fleet Director. Due to the significant growth of our Jaguar Land Rover retail representation and following on from targeted investment throughout our Group in the local business to business sector we are now looking to recruit a talented individual to oversee the operation of our major fleet operations in the division and for developing and managing a significant number of local business specialists and account managers

The successful candidate will support the Group Fleet Director on the day to day management of the fleet operations
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful track record within a relevant fleet role and must be able to demonstrate their ability to grow sustainable business through their team. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus it to lead your team to deliver their business objectives.
