Due to our continued growth and success we have an incredible opportunity to join our Bristol Street Motors business as Fleet Sales Manager within our Vauxhall Citroen Division. Fleet and local business is a growing sector for Vertu and we have a rewarding role that is designed to take advantage of this opportunity. We are looking for a recognised fleet professional to join our Vauxhall team as Fleet Sales Manager for the Vauxhall Chesterfield dealership. You will however be responsible for the coordination of Fleet deals for the other 13 dealerships in the Division . Due to the growth of our Vauxhall retail representation and following on from targeted investment throughout our Group in the local business to business sector we are now looking to recruit a talented individual to oversee the operation of our major fleet operations in the Vauxhall division and for developing and managing a significant number of local business specialists and account managers

The successful candidate will support the Group Operations Director on the day to day management of the fleet operations
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful track record within a relevant fleet role and must be able to demonstrate their ability to grow sustainable business through their team. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus it to lead your team to deliver their business objectives.

Within thisrole you will be working predominately Monday - Friday. You will also receive acompany car and we are offering, depending on experience, an excellent salarypackage with an OTE of £45,000 plus company benefits.
