At our Mercedes Fleet Centre, we are looking for an experienced Fleet Customer Support Executive to join the team!
This is a Full-Time, permanent position where you will be working 9am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch Monday to Friday.
When starting in this role the primary responsibility will be for Fleet Administration moving on to working in close association with the Head of Fleet and Business Development Managers to support the development of local and national fleet sales. You will be the point of contact for our customers and prospects, owning and handling customer queries and complaints. You will also be arranging demonstration vehicles after qualifying the request thoroughly in order to maximise the sales opportunity whilst keeping a log updated for following up. Establish vehicle availability in line with customer requests. Compiling stock lists, with pricing where required to support tactical sales. Arranging vehicle deliveries, preparing and completing all relevant paperwork, ensuring a smooth process for the delivery of all customer vehicles takes place.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has experience of general administrative duties. Fleet experience would be preferred but is not essential to be considered.
