Macklin Motors Ford Dunfermline are looking for an experienced General Manager to join our well established dealership!
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to help us continue growing this business, consistently deliver high levels of customer service and build on the positive culture we have within the dealership.
You will have a strong track record as a General Manager with a track record of driving performance. You will be accountable for all aspects of the site, fostering manufacturer relationship, introducing marketing strategies to improve performance, controlling finance and cost control and of course people management. We are looking for a strong and experienced leader as your primary focus will be to motivate and inspire your team to be the best that they can be, while ensuring policies, processes and legislation are adhered to and customer and colleague health and safety is prioritised to ensure everyone goes home safe at the end of each day.
