You will be accountable for all aspects of the site, fostering manufacturer relationship, introducing marketing strategies to improve performance, controlling finance and cost control and of course people management. You must have strong leadership skills as your primary focus will be to motivate and inspire your team to be the best that they can be, while ensuring policies, processes and legislation are adhered to and customer and colleague health and safety is prioritised to ensure everyone goes home safe at the end of each day.
Any General Manager joining our leadership team needs to live our Values, think people not just profit, take accountability and establish a culture based on trust and transparency. You will have a strong track record as a General Manager within the sector, with proven success in vehicle sales and a drive to achieve excellence by delivering both financial and customer centric results, even when it means rolling your sleeves up!
We will reward you well and would expect that you earn at least £100k per year with the ability to earn significantly more should you exceed the realistic targets agreed with you.
