Bristol Street Motors Renault Gloucester are looking for an experienced General Manager to join our team!

We are offering a competitive basic salary with an OTE of up to £85,000 plus company benefits including a company car, senior executive pension scheme,

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to help us continue growing this business, consistently deliver high levels of customer service and build on the positive culture we have within the dealership.

You will be accountable for all aspects of the site, fostering manufacturer relationship, introducing marketing strategies to improve performance, controlling finance and cost control and of course people management.

This is a fantastic site that are delivering at plan and ahead of National Average in the CSI leagues. We have a stable sales and aftersales team and our ideal candidate will be a customer centric experienced General Manager from within the automotive industry. You will have a proven track record of driving performance within the business.

We are looking for a strong and experienced leader as your primary focus will be to motivate and inspire your team to be the best that they can be, while ensuring policies, processes and legislation are adhered to and customer and colleague health and safety is prioritised to ensure everyone goes home safe at the end of each day.
