Macklin Motors Ford Dunfermline have a great opportunity for a General Sales Manager to join our thriving dealership!
As our General Sales Manager you will lead and manage a controlled sales process supporting a team of ten Sales Executives and two Business Managers. You will offer regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart. You will serve and support your team to sell new & used vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance and GAP insurance whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times. You will also manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales penetration ensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a main dealership management role, and be totally committed to achieving excellence. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
