Here at Bristol Street Ford Durham we have an exciting opportunity for a General Sales Manager to come and join the team!
We are offering a basic salary of £35,000 with an OTE of £55,000 plus company car and other company benefits.
As a General Sales Manager your role will involve leading and managing a controlled sales process of a team of Sales Executives and Business Managers. You will do this through regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart.
You will serve and support your team to sell new & used vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance and GAP insurance whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times. You will also manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales ensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards.
For this role we are looking for you to be to able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency.
You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Sales Manager experience is not essential as we will consider candidates with the required skillset hoping to take the next step in their career!
