We are offering a competitive basic salary with an OTE of £65,000 plus Company benefits and car.
As our General Sales Manager you will lead and manage a controlled sales process, supporting a growing team of Sales Executives and a Business Manager. You will offer regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart. You will serve and support your team to sell new & used vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance and GAP insurance whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times. You will also manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales penetration, ensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry. You will have experience working within a main dealership management role, and be totally committed to achieving excellence.
In addition you will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
