Job description

Due to our ongoing success, we have an exciting opportunity for a Inbound Call Handler to join our fantastic team at our Head Office in Team Valley, Gateshead!

This is a full time role where you will be working on a 5 week rota - you will only need to work two Saturdays out of five - with no Sunday working either! We are offering a basic salary of up to £21,840.

During your training and probation you will be office based, but after this there is flexibility for you to work from home and in the office!

Like us, you will understand that delivering an outstanding customer experience in an efficient manner is a top priority. Our Call Handlers answer all incoming calls from external customers, as well as those from internal colleagues. As a call handler, you will likely be the first point of contact for many of our customers, therefore, you must have an excellent telephone manner and some experience in customer service. You must ensure the call is correctly qualified so you can redirect the caller to the right dealership, hence you will need to be precise and accurate in your work and have good IT skills.

The department can take up to 15,000 calls per day, and so you must ultimately be comfortable in our fast-paced environment, using the skills and knowledge gained in their extensive training to direct our customers quickly and efficiently.
