Experienced Sales Administrator
£20,000 basic salary depending on experience and Plus company benefits
Due to continued success of our Volkswagen Hereford dealership we are looking to recruit two Sales Administrators to join our team. This is a successful busy dealership and we are committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience through honesty and trust. Come and join the team!
This role will involve making sure invoices and taxing vehicles are completed accurately and on time. You will be creating vehicle and customer records and facilitate the development of an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history. You will continue to deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers.
If your application is successful we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. For this role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. We may also conduct a criminal record check and a driving licence check.
We are looking for an experienced administrator, experience within the Motor Trade in a similar role is preferred. Kerridge experience would be preferred but is not essential. In addition, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work within specified guidelines is an essential for this role. Excellent IT / PC/ Numerical skills are also required. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and develop their career with us and has previously worked in a busy environment. The working hours would be 8.30am 5pm, Monday Friday with 30 minutes for lunch.
