We are offering a basic salary from £32,000 depending upon skills and experience, with an OTE of up to £44,800 plus company benefits!
As a Master Technician you are a key member of our team, maintaining vehicles to the high standards as set out in our Health and Safety policy, carrying out inspections, repairs and services, checking vehicles against VOSA legislation, as well as assisting with the mentoring and developing of Technicians. This is a diverse role which will include analysis, diagnostics and road testing of vehicles, while continuing to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable communicating with customers, manufacturers, colleagues and management to resolve queries and concerns.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Master/Diagnostic Technician ideally from a franchised dealer.
