We are currently recruiting for a Service & Maintenance Technician to join us at Bristol Street Motors Ford Gloucester!

We are offering a competitive basic salary up to £31,200 plus an OTE of up to £35,200 depending on experience!

We are also offering a sign on bonus of £1,000, plus another £1,000 in month 13 of your employment!

Our Technicians are a fundamental part of our Aftersales team and will be responsible for accurately completing repair and service records, as well as any other appropriate activities. You will analyse work orders carefully to understand a vehicle's condition, the accuracy of the diagnosis, and what work has been agreed to. Full manufacturing training will be given and also the potential opportunity to gain your MOT testing status.

In order to be successful, you must possess the following:

• A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 and above
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Own Set of Tools
• Hold a Valid UK Driving Licence
• MOT Licence would be beneficial but not essential as we can provide full training and support and give you the opportunity to gain your MOT licence.
