Due to the growth of our business, last year we opened a brand new exciting Centralised Parts Hub at our office based at Vertu House, Team Valley (Gateshead) and following the teams ongoing success we are looking for Parts Advisors to join us!!
We are offering a fantastic basic salary of £25,000 per annum plus company benefits, alongside Hybrid working upon completion of training.
As an Inbound Parts Advisor you will act as 1st line support for our customers across the UK.
Our Parts Hub receive all inbound call for our Parts Departments at the dealerships and your role as an Parts Advisor will act as 1st line support for our customers across the UK.
You will be identifying the customers needs and using manufacturer digital catalogues to locate and price the requirements. You then will liaise with our dealerships around England and Scotland to order the parts for the customer and complete the sale.

We are offering two flexible options of hours - 40 or 44.5 hours per week. (Shift patterns between Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm and alternate Saturdays 8:30-12:30).
