Due to continued business growth and success we are looking for a Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team at our Volkswagen Nottingham North hub. Working alongside a team of experienced professionals that are passionate about vehicles, our company is renowned for providing outstanding customer service levels. The team our successful candidate will be working alongside, are an established team of professionals working in a fast-paced high-volume environment. This is a part time role working Monday - Friday 9am - 2pm.
The role involves liaising with the sales team and providing support. You will be responsible for confirming orders, specifications and ordering Vehicles. You will be responsible for daily updates on orders, invoicing and registering the vehicles. You will also be required to liaise with internal departments and deliver outstanding customer service to our customers.
The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:

Sales Team Support & Communication
For this role it is essential that you have a proven background within an administrative role, have excellent IT skills and experience in data management. Customer Service plays a key part of this role, so its preferable that you can also demonstrate a proven track record within Customer Service. In addition, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work within specified guidelines is an essential for this role. Experience of using Kerridge is essential.
