Here at Land Rover Guiseley, we are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our fantastic aftersales team! This is a great opportunity for you to begin your career with one of the largest Motor Retailers within the UK.
As a Parts Advisor you will be an integral member of the Aftersales team. Daily duties will include receiving parts into stock, booking of parts to workshop jobs, maintaining stock levels and dealing with retail customers. You will ensure that stock control is always secure and well maintained. You will be the first point of contact both face to face and over the telephone and will be expected to provide excellent customer service
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to provide outstanding customer service. You will be able to use your initiative and work well under pressure. Previous Automotive Parts experience is essential to be considered for this role.
