Come and join our new and exciting Parts Plus Trade team in Stoke!
We are recruiting Telephone Parts Advisors to join our expanding Stoke Parts team. We have a great team on site who are committed to providing a fantastic customer experience and are able to offer a professional service to trade customers.As a Parts Advisor you will be an integral member of the Parts Plus team. You will already have some knowledge of automotive parts.This role is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturdays 8.00am - 1.00pm on a rota basis
Ideally for this role you will have Parts Experience from a similar role within the Motor industry. You will need to be ambitious and have a determination to seek out new sales opportunities within our customer database and exceed parts sales objectives on a daily basis.You will be able to accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements, Utilising all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set, Identifying and maximising all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures, be able to maintain your own knowledge levels on new or updated parts through the completion of appropriate training courses and reading information from bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, recalls etc. Training to understand and maximise the opportunities of the Parts Plus brand, achieving personal target KPIs and revenue objectives with target customer sets and record and feedback lost sales opportunities to the Sales Manager
