We are recruiting for an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join our Bristol Street Nissan Glasgow South dealership. Our company has grown significantly, and continues to do so and as such we are a major success story and a well sought after company to work for.

As a Parts Advisor you will be an integral member of the Aftersales team. As a Parts advisor you will be responsible for the day to day running of the parts department. Daily duties will include receiving parts into stock, booking of parts to workshop jobs, maintaining stock levels and dealing with retail customers. You will be the first point of contact both face to face and over the telephone and will be expected to provide excellent customer service.

We are looking for candidates who have GCSEs grades 9-3/A*-D or Functional Skills Level 1 in maths and English or equivalent.

This apprenticeship is in partnership with Bosch who run the Nissan Apprenticeship programme and will involve you undertaking a 12 month - Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard.
